Home internet in the Philippines splits between fibre (PLDT Home Fibr, Globe At Home, Converge FiberX, SKY Fiber) and 5G fixed-wireless (Smart Bro, DITO Home). Most Filipino routers open at 192.168.1.1, but Globe At Home is the notable exception at 192.168.254.254, while Smart Bro and DITO wireless units use 192.168.8.1.
